On what basis do organizations select their employees?
It is general practice to use assessment, psychometric testing and profiling tools with the purpose to match individual characteristics with the requirements of the position to be filled. This approach is no doubt important during the recruitment phase, but rather static and of little strategic help if not aligned with future employee expectations or changing organizational contexts.
