The company is registered in Switzerland and has been founded in 2009 out of passion and dedication toward management, development and progress.

We offer professional services, consulting and coaching capabilities to organizations and individual professionals evolving in the private, public as well as sport sector.
We align our areas of expertise with strategic and operational issues, addressing management and business problems. The strategic consulting elements include – vision, leadership, management, corporate finance, strategy, executive search and placement, executive coaching, as well as ethics.
More operational consulting issues are centred on processes, sales and marketing functionality, financial accounting, financial reporting (IFRS), management accounting, supply chain management, human resource management, as well as search and placement services.
Where appropriate, FA Consulting & Coaching will challenge existing “ways of doing business” and encourage new models of organizational governance and leadership. We promote first-class stewardship that leads to organizational and personal development and progress.

Goal
The Goal of FA Consulting & Coaching is to satisfy our clients’ needs by addressing management and business problems through professional, comprehensive consulting and coaching services, bearing in mind organizational and individual needs – both present and future.
The initial phase includes professional and holistic appraisal of the organization, the corporate enterprise and individuals. Specifically, we aim to assist organizations and individuals to achieve professional or personal goals, by dealing with specific challenges, problems and barriers. FA Consulting & Coaching carefully evaluates each client’s context and goal before recommending the most optimal solution. We develop and train staff in leadership skills, improve management styles and self management capabilities.
We generate momentum and renew energy at individual and team level, encourage nurturing creativity and innovation, enhance continuous learning and reduce barriers to change.

Fabio is Founder and CEO of FA Consulting & Coaching a Swiss based sole proprietorship company, specializing in systemic Consulting and Coaching in areas such as Management, Career and Life Style.
Prior to founding the organization in 2009, Fabio served as Manager and Executive for over fifteen years. He was also Board Member in two international organizations. His striking international business experience and the ability to integrate cultures was gained by working with international and multinational private sector organizations in Europe, Asia, Far East, Middle East, Russia, Ukraine, USA and Latin America.
He also lived in Guernsey, UK.
Fabio began his professional career as an Engineering Technician with Technology Group Sulzer LTD, where he worked on national and international Engineering projects. Then he went on to work for some smaller technology firms. Moving on, he became a Sales Executive and Head of Department for Baumgartner Papers Holding LTD, a Manufacturer and Distributor of consumer goods, where he was also part of the Management Board.
Finally, he was General Manager and Managing Director for US based The Pasha Group, an integrated Logistics and Supply Chain Service provider, overseeing the Swiss subsidiary and the European Operations.
He was chair of the local Management Team and served as Board Member.
From a personality standpoint, Fabio is open to new experience, very conscientious, extraverted and resilient toward critical factors. He is naturally analytical and likes to evaluate matters decisively.
Distinctive skills include fluency in English, French, German and Italian and he is proficient in communicating with all levels of management and stakeholders. He is also financially literate and experienced in managing Mergers and Acquisitions.
Fabio graduated with a Professional Diploma in Management, an MBA and an MSc in International Finance & Management from The Open University Business School-OUBS, UK. He completed an Executive Program in Marketing at the Institute for Management Development-IMD, CH.
Additionally, he obtained a CAS in Sports Management from the Swiss Graduate School of Public Administration-IDHEAP, CH.
Driven by the importance of people development and interpersonal relationships, he went on to get a foundation Certificate in Executive Coaching from the AoEC, UK and completed the Ethics at Work programme with the Centre for Continuing Professional Development at The Open University, UK.
His affiliations include Alumnus at the OUBS-UK, the IMD-CH as well as the IDHEAP-CH.
He is part of the Steering committee of the OUBS Alumni Association Switzerland and Member of The Open University Ethics Centre as well as the Swiss Association of Sports Managers.
